- Minced garlic to taste
- Hot water4 cup
- In a pan, fry the garlic until golden, add the rice and salt to taste and stir well.
- Add the hot water when the rice is drying, cover the pan and lower the heat.
- When completely dry, turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
