- Salt to taste
- Peel the corns very carefully as we will need the husks.
- Take a large pot and soak in water, put the straws to boil.
- Cut the corn kernels and hit the blender along with the coconut and sugar, put a pinch of salt.
- With two straws, place the dough in the middle, make an envelope, tie it with a string and throw it in the boiling water, the same that boiled the straws. Leave it on the fire for 50 minutes.
