- Remove the skins from the potatoes and cut them into thin rectangular shapes and wash them.
- In a medium-bottomed nonstick skillet, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up for 1 minute.
- Soon after, add the sliced potatoes along the entire length of the skillet and put pinches of salt around, without exaggerating.
- Let it fry on low heat and wait for it to start to brown. After that, turn the other side and wait for it to brown.
- Turn off the heat, remove the fried potatoes and dry them with a paper towel.
- If you want, in a medium cup put ketchup and mayonnaise and mix until it forms a uniform color to serve as a side dish. Enjoy your fries.
