Coloque o óleo em grande quantidade para esquentar em uma panela 

Put a large amount of oil to heat in a pan.

Quando estiver bem quente coloque as batatas para fritar 

When it is very hot, put the potatoes to fry.

Se vc preferir as batatas bem crocantes,coloque aos poucos na panela,pq se colocar em grande quantidade o óleo esfria e a bata vai ficar mole

If you prefer the potatoes very crispy, put them in the pan little by little, because if you put in a large amount the oil cools down and the potato will be soft

Faça esse processo até que todas as batata estejam fritas 

Do this process until all the potatoes are fried.

Quando retirar do fogo coloque no papel toalha 

When you remove it from the heat, place it on a paper towel.
