- Desalted and shredded Codfish250 g
- Potatoes200 g
- Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Peel and cook the potatoes. Drain the water and knead well.
- The cod must be desalted, cooked and shredded.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Make balls with the help of 2 spoons and fry the balls in hot oil. The oil must cover the dumplings!
