- Wheat for kibbeh500 g
- Boiling water750 ml
- Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Large Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Green smell2 tablespoon
- Stuffing to taste
- In a basin, place the wheat for kibbeh and the boiling water, let it cool well. (no need to squeeze the dough)
- Grind all the seasonings in a mixer and add to the wheat. Knead well with your hands for about 10 minutes.
- To leave the shell very smooth, when you are going to model it, wet your fingers with water and rub it in the crack that is formed.
- Model, stuff and fry in hot oil
- Ready!
