- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Ground pepperoni1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- On a board, peel and chop the garlic.
- Place in a pan along with the oil and the rosemary sprig.
- Keep the heat low to release the aroma of the ingredients without burning for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Increase the heat to medium adding the sliced buns and oregano.
