- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves, grated or minced7 unit(s)
- shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- Seasonings (oregano, parsley and cilantro) to taste
- Mix everything in a blender, mixer or food processor.
- Cut the bread however you like.
- Add the paste generously
