- Mayonnaise200 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Grind the garlic and in a container mix it with the mayonnaise and the cream, if you wish you can add a pinch of salt.
- Cut the French bread into slices. Pass the garlic cream on the slice of bread, put it in a shape and take it to the oven.
- The right point is when the bread is at the point of toast, very crispy. Remove, let cool and ready to serve.
