- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Butter50 g
- Dried Oregano0 to taste
- Green smell0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Fine salt0 to taste
- Peel the 3 cloves of garlic and crush them, set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the garlic, salt only if necessary, as the mayonnaise already has salt and the grated Parmesan cheese as well.
- Gradually add the crushed garlic, taste it, if it suits your taste you can add the 3 cloves, if you want it softer, add less garlic, the ideal is to experiment and leave it to your taste.
- Once everything is mixed, keep it in the fridge until serving.
- Serve with bread of your choice, it can be stale bread too, spread the paste on the bread and put it on a grill with the paste facing down, let it brown slightly and melt a little, serve hot, as an accompaniment to your barbecue
- TIP: If you don't have butter, you can add olive oil to your liking, this paste lasts for 5 days in the fridge Easy level
