- Water800 ml
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic and Salt to taste
- In a hot pan, sauté the garlic with olive oil, add the leek, then add the rice and sauté well, after sautéing, add the grated carrot. Done that add approximately 800 ml of water at room temperature (if you choose white rice use boiling water) let it cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
