- Oil1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Beat the milk in the blender on slow mode.
- Pour in the oil, pouring in very slowly with the blender on.
- Continue tossing the oil until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Then add oregano, salami and garlic to taste, beat for a few more seconds and you're done.
