- Cachaça1 l
- Wash the genipapos, peel and cut into very small pieces.
- Separate some of the genipapo to put in the vessel that will put the liqueur.
- Take the sugar and water to make a syrup, add the genipapao and let it cook well
- Pass through a sieve to remove all the juice and separate the pomace.
- Place the pieces of genipapo, the juice and the cachaça in a glass bowl with a lid and let it cure for a few days.
