- Pinch dried meat200 g
- Garlic (cloves)3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Wash the Maxixe well, cut it to your liking, crosswise or finely chopped
- Squeeze the Maxixe lightly after cutting to loosen some of the seed, wash and drain the water, throwing out as many seeds as you can.
- In a pan fry the garlic, onion and then the jerky, when it is almost frying, add a few spoons of water, just to help the salt get out of the meat.
- Then, add the drained Maxixe and stir well, until the seasonings are mixed, if necessary, add salt to taste, but be careful due to the jerky
