- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/4 unit(s)
- Cumin1/2 tablespoon
- Peperoncino or other pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander bunch1/2 unit(s)
- Chop garlic, onion, remove the seeds from the peeled tomato. Coarsely chop the tomato. Mix.
- Take half of the mixture and cook one of the halves over low heat, adding the cumin and pepper, let it reduce a little. Leave the other half raw.
- Mix the cooked sauce with the raw parsley.
- Chop the cilantro and add the juice of a quarter of a lemon. Mix well.
- Adjust the amount of salt, spiciness and acidity to taste.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Eat with tortillas or use as a burrito sauce.
