- Grated Cheese50 g
- Salt to taste4 g
- Chopped Pepperoni130 g
- Boil the potatoes and after they cool, mash them with a fork. Then add all the other ingredients and with the help of a spoon or spatula stir everything very well. Done that, put this dough in individual forminhas and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 30 minutes. It is super tasty and replaces rice and noodles quietly as it gives a lot of satiety. I hope you enjoyed.
