- Cooked rice2 cup

- Hydrated Tapioca Gum3 tablespoon
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese or grated parmesan1 cup
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything.
- Make dumplings using 2 tbsp to shape or place in ramekim like I did, it can go in the oven and airfryer without breaking.
- Take it to bake in the oven or airfryer until it's golden. Or make dumplings and fry in hot oil. Time in my airfryer: 18 min at 180°C.
