- Gorgonzola Cheese150 g
- Cream Cheese50 g
- Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- With a fork, crush the gorgonzola cheese.
- Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Grease your hand with oil, and make balls of approximately 40 g each.
- Dip in gorgonzola cheese and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with pepper jelly.
