- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
- Black Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Ham100 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Green Smell50 g
- Salt to taste
- Put the Cauliflower in a pan, with water and salt to cook, leave al dente. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes. Reserve.
- In a pan make the bechamel sauce, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onions. Let it gold. Then put the butter and mix.
