Cauliflower200 g
Sour cream1 cup
Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mozzarella100 g

Steam the cauliflower
Beat the cream of milk and flour and the curd in the blender
