- Cut the onion in half and roast with the skin, cut the pepper in half and put it to roast, the garlic goes with the jacket too. The tomato cut in half and the apple in half, finally the pepper
- Bake everything for about 30 min. Keep an eye out so you don't burn too much.
- Wait for it to cool a little, remove the skins from the onion and garlic. Put everything in the processor or blender and beat with the avocado.
- Season with salt to taste and add the parsley and cilantro. Beat again and serve at room temperature.
