- Recipe
- Milk250 ml
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Green Smell1 cup
- Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
- Put the milk and garlic in the blender (if you like garlic, you can put up to 3 cloves. I don't like it very much, so I only put 2). Beat on low speed.
- Roughly chop the green smell. I used parsley, but you can use whatever you want. Put it in the blender without stopping to beat. Also add a pinch of salt.
- When the green smell disappears from your vision, add the oil, thread by thread, beating constantly, until the blender can't take it anymore. (It starts to pulse instead of liquefy) That's the point.
- Turn off the blender. Stir with a spatula just so the oil on the surface mixes with the rest. Adjust the salt, transfer to a bowl that fits and add a drizzle of apple cider vinegar, stir. Your green sauce is ready. In the fridge it lasts up to 7 days.
