- 1 box of cream 2 cloves of garlic Juice of half a lemon Full-green to taste120 ml
- Blend all ingredients in a blender on low power. To make it easier, add the crushed garlic. After everything turns into a sauce, add the olive oil about 120 ml little by little until it reaches the point you like. As I use it more for salads I prefer it more liquid. I used about 90 ml. If you want more consistency than what I showed in the video, use 120 ml of olive oil. I put a pinch of salt and a pinch of ready-made salad dressing that I already had. (optional). And whoever uses it, be careful not to leave it salty. It's just a small pinch. I put it straight in the blender.
