Pear1 unit(s)
Honey1 dessert spoon
Cinnamon to taste
Minas fresh cheese160 g
Flaked almonds1 tablespoon
Lemon zest (optional) to taste

Cut the pear into thin slices, place in a bowl and add the honey and cinnamon. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and come back for another 2 minutes.
Grill 2 slices of 80g of Minas fresh cheese in a well-greased and well-heated frying pan.
Toast the almonds in the same skillet as the cheese.
Place cooked pear slices on top of the grilled cheese, drizzle with the pear juice.
Top with toasted almonds and lemon zest.
