- Zucchini in thick slices800 g
- Coriander2 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/3 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
- kummel seed2 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for grilling to taste
- With the exception of the zucchini, blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a homogeneous sauce.
- Place the cut zucchinis in a large bowl, add the sauce and mix well to coat all the zucchini. Seal with plastic wrap and let rest for at least 20 minutes in the fridge.
- In a frying pan (preferably with grill and non-stick marks) add a drizzle of olive oil and when it is very hot add the zucchinis little by little. Avoid turning them over so they are well marked.
