- Salt1 to taste
- Place the ground beef in the pan and season with something and salt, bring to a boil and cover.
- Peel the pumpkin, remove the seed
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes
- When the ground beef starts to fry, add the squash.
- Add 2 cups of water and let it boil until the pumpkin is soft. Finally, chop the parsley and throw it on top, turn off the heat and serve.
