- I used: duckling. Seasoned with salt, garlic, black pepper, beef sazón, onion, smoked paprika, parsley, red pepper. I sautéed and at the end of everything I put frozen peas.
- To prepare the dough, just hit everything in the blender, leaving the yeast at the end.
- In the assembly, pour half the dough in the greased shape with margarine, put the ground meat and cover with the rest of the dough and, if you want, you can put cottage cheese like I did. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
