- Coriander to taste
- In a bowl put the pulp of the avocado, the juice of the lemon and mash with a fork, until you form a puree, but leaving a few pieces of avocado.
- Chop the onion and tomato into small cubes and add to the avocado.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add chopped coriander and mix well. Serve immediately.
