- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Chili pepper (optional)1 unit(s)
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste and mix well.
- Chop the onion, tomato (seedless) and cilantro. Finely chop the pepper.
- Add the chopped ingredients to the avocado “mashed”.
- Serve with chips, crackers, tacos, Doritos…
