Guavas

Comecei descascando as goiabas e cortando elas .

I started by peeling the guavas and cutting them.

Coloquei no liquidificador a água gelada , a goiabas picada e o açúcar. 

I put the ice water, the chopped guava and the sugar in the blender.

Bati no liquidificador por uns 5 minutos . 

Passei o suco na peneira pra tirar a sementes e depois coloquei na jarra junto com as pedras de gelo 

I passed the juice through a sieve to remove the seeds and then put it in the pitcher along with the ice cubes.
