  • Medium white onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ginger Powder2 teaspoon
  • Chives3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion finely chopped in olive oil.
  2. Add the rice and 3 cups of water. After about 25 minutes, add the chopped tomato. Season and cook until it is at your preferred point. I left hands 20 me hands or less.
  3. Serve on a platter sprinkled with chives on top.
