- Roasted Cassava Flour400 g
- Dried Hibiscus60 g
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped green smell1 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1/2 tablespoon
- Shoyu1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Start by placing the hibiscus in previously boiled water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Then drain and reserve the tea to use. Sprinkle a lot of water on the flowers to warm and squeeze them. Squeeze a lot until all the liquid comes out. Reserve.
- In a pan add oil and onion. Sauté until translucent and then add the garlic. Fry the garlic until golden. Then add the hibiscus, soy sauce and paprika and stir for about 10 minutes. Add the flour and stir for another 5 minutes over low heat, adding more oil to bring out crunchiness.
- Turn off the fire and finish with green smell.
