- Recipe
- cups (tea) of light salt with 50% less sodium1/2 cup
- minced garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- cup (tea) of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, oregano, sage, rosemary and basil) or others of your choice1 tablespoon
- tablespoon of black or white peppercorns1 tablespoon
- In a blender place the salt, minced garlic, minced onion, minced herbs and pepper. Mix until you get a smooth mixture
- Pour into a glass or plastic pot with a lid and use for up to 2 months.
