- Put the cream in the mixer bowl and start beating on high speed. And leave it beating for a good few minutes. First, the cream will become whipped cream, and you will continue beating for a few more minutes, until it becomes butter;
- You don't have to do anything, just watch the magic happen – it's fascinating to see certain ingredients transform;
- Note that after passing the chantilly point, the cream will start to become very yellow and denser: it will be ready when a liquid forms and detaches from the butter. Don't worry, you'll notice, you can't go wrong – see the second photo with it.
- When that happens, your butter is ready! Remove it from the mixer and place it in a sieve to drain excess liquid.
- Well, your butter is ready, now enjoy it. You can even create some flavors for your homemade butter: Lemon (add lemon zest and mix well), Dendê (delightful with manioc flour cookies for an aperitif before dinner), Herbs (finely chop the herbs you have at home and add butter).
