- Onion1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- We nutmeg1 to taste

- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Hit the blender the can of corn and the same measure of this can of milk.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion with the wheat flour.
- Put the wheat flour and let it fry a little.
- Slowly pour the blender mixture into the pan and stir until it boils.
- Season with a little black pepper, nutmeg and salt (all to taste)
- Add a box of milk cream, mix and 2 more tablespoons of cottage cheese. Stir everything until it boils a little and turn off the heat.
