- Then add 3 tablespoons of vinegar. stir and wait for it to curdle
- sieve to separate the liquid from the curds, discard the liquid and put the curds in a blender with 2 tablespoons of butter
- add salt, hit the blender and gradually add milk until it turns into a cream, take it to the fridge
