- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Take a bowl, add the cornmeal and moisten it, without excess. As long as it doesn't over water, it's for wetting and joining the cornmeal.
- Then let it rest for 10 minutes. After that, season with salt
- Then prepare the bain-marie and place the couscous mass in a couscous pan. Add the margarine on top, spreading it evenly over the dough. Now let it cook and add some water during cooking. It will be ready for 15 to 20 minutes, then just serve.
