- Soybean or Sunflower Oil250 ml
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Place the eggs in a blender and beat on medium speed.
- Add the salt and gradually the oil, but not so slowly and with the blender always on.
- When it gets creamy put the lemon and if you want you can add 1 clove of garlic (optional).
- Finally, place in a covered container and store in the fridge. Lasts up to 3 days!
