- Iced whole milk100 ml
- Oil600 ml
- Clove of garlic (half)1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Vinegar or lemon1 tablespoon
- Important tip: The blender has to be very dry, for the mayonnaise to get the point. When adding the oil, it has to be done little by little.
- In the blender add the milk, garlic clove, vinegar and beat for 2 minutes.
- With the blender on, add the oil little by little in a stream until you get the point. When the mayonnaise was thick that's the point.
- Then add salt to taste and parsley and beat a little. Ready.
