- Recipe
- Whole milk1 l
- Plain yogurt170 g
- Heat the milk until it starts to form bubbles almost boiling (90°). Already take the yogurt out of the fridge to lose the ice.
- Turn off the heat and stir (so as not to form cream) until it cools to the point where you can keep your finger in the milk for 10 seconds (45°).
- Add yogurt at room temperature and mix well.
- Pour into a bowl with a lid, wrap in cloths to keep warm and store in the oven, microwave or cupboard...for 8 to 12 hours.
- Then keep it in the fridge.
