- bacon (very fatty)200 g

- garlic heads10 unit(s)
- red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- parsley or cilantro1 unit(s)
- salt1 tablespoon
- Blend everything in a food processor until finely ground.
- Place in a jar with a (plastic) lid.
- Whenever you season the beans, put the desired portion.
- Always remove with a spoon.
- Lasts in the fridge for 6 months.
