- Medium onions5 unit(s)
- Garlic heads5 unit(s)
- Scented pepper10 unit(s)
- Hot peppers to taste
- Raw Bacon100 g
- Paprika, salt and olive oil to taste
- Blend all ingredients except (bacon, hot peppers and paprika) in a food processor. Set aside some of that seasoning that you grind that is used for rice and it's ready. To finish the meat, add the bacon, the hot peppers and the paprika and grind a little more. To finish, add salt and olive oil to taste to help preserve! Keep in the fridge, remove only for use!
