  • Soybean oil500 ml
  • Garlic1 coffee spoon
  • Tahiti lemon2 unit(s)
  • Smoked paprika powder1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green Smell1/2 cup
  1. Put milk in the blender, put the lid on and turn on medium speed.
  2. By opening the lid, pour in the oil little by little.
  3. Turn off the blender, add salt, black pepper, juice of 1 lemon and a half, garlic (only one chopped clove), paprika and beat again.
  4. Add the green smell. The correct point will be when it is very creamy and does not run off the spoon. If necessary add a little more oil to get the point.
  5. Place in a jar with a lid and keep in the fridge. It lasts an average of 7 days in the fridge.
