- Olive oil1 cup
- Garlic Cloves6 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half and the onion into slices.
- In a baking dish, add half of the olive oil.
- Arrange the tomatoes on the baking sheet, then add the other ingredients and drizzle again with the other half of the olive oil.
- Bake at 200° for about 30 minutes or until your entire house smells like roasted tomatoes.
- Remove from the oven and place in a blender.
- After that, take it to a pan and on low heat let it reduce until the desired texture, I like it full-bodied.
- Freeze in jars or ice cube trays, this will make your day to day a lot easier and best of all, it's totally natural!
