- Beetroot1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Water100 ml
- Clove Garlic3 to taste
- In the pressure cooker, place all the ingredients, except the salt and sugar and garlic.
- Close it and put it on fire.
- After pressure starts, count 15 minutes and turn off.
- when it cools slightly, beat everything in the blender.
- In a pan, brown the garlic in the oil, put the salt and sugar and the sauce from the blender.
- Let reduce for 5 minutes.
- Place in jars and place in the freezer.
- Lasts 2 months
- You can use it not only to season the noodles but in several things.
