Homemade Tomato Sauce

Em uma assadeira leve os tomates cortados ao meio, com a cenoura as ervas e o alho tempere com tudo e regue com bastante azeite 

In a baking dish, take the tomatoes cut in half, with the carrot, the herbs and the garlic, season with everything and drizzle with plenty of olive oil.

Leve para assar e quando estiver bem derretido o tomate e as cenouras bem assadas leve tudo para o liquidificador e bata
