- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Basil to taste
- Cut the Italian tomatoes, onions and garlic. Place in a roasting pan, add rosemary sprigs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- After roasting, remove the rosemary and hit the blender with basil.
- Separate into portions and freeze.
