- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion
- Add the coarsely chopped tomatoes and carrots.
- Mix well and cover the pan, letting it cook on low heat until the carrot is cooked.
- Once cooked, you can beat the sauce in a blender, so it doesn't have any pieces, if you prefer.
- Can be frozen and stored for up to 10 days
