- Cheese (mozzarella)250 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Dissolve the wheat flour in a little milk and set aside.
- In a pan, place the butter, garlic and onion, and sauté well.
- Add the milk, salt and seasonings of your choice, and let it start to boil.
- When it starts to boil, throw in the dissolved wheat flour and stir well.
- It will start to thicken, keep stirring for a few seconds on low heat.
- Add the cheese and stir some more.
- Your white sauce is ready!
