- Wash the sausage, cut it into slices or as you prefer, and bring to a boil.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the sausage and let it sauté a little longer.
- Then put the bay leaf, pepper, tomato, corn, olive, sazon, black pepper, salt and tomato sauce.
- Mix everything and let it cook for 10 minutes, finally put the green smell, let it cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the fire.
